Kaitlyn Farrell, MA, LPC

Kaitlyn's approach to therapy is empathetic, warm and informed through a wide variety of different theories including internal family systems (IFS), eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and feminist theory. She caters therapy to fit each individual's unique needs.


Kaitlyn is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in mood disorders, gender & sexuality exploration, trauma and couples' challenges. She holds a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Central Florida and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida.

Isobella Cerceo, M.Ed

Isobella has a special interest in providing therapy to individuals exploring trauma, sexuality, gender and couples challenges. She also specializes in the treatment of ADHD and other neurodiversities. She passionately serves the mental health needs of the queer community using inclusive therapeutic theories and techniques. Her therapeutic framework is person-centered, with a feminist approach. She values finding therapeutic methods to suit each client.


Isobella holds a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Temple University, as well as a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rowan University. She also holds a certificate in somatic attachment therapy.

Raven Hoover, M.S., NCC

Raven's therapeutic approach is client-centered and emphasizes exploration and connection with one's self. They utilize techniques from expressive art therapy, EMDR and Health at Every Size to help navigate life's challenges. Raven's goal is to help you discover the joy of feeling connected to your most authentic, empowered self.


Raven holds a master's degree in mental health counseling from Lock Haven University, a bachelor's degree in psychology from Kutztown University. They are a National Certified Counselor specializing in the treatment of dysphoria, chronic pain, disordered eating, and identity exploration. Raven identifies as a fat, queer, geeky, disabled therapist who is passionate about working within their communities.

Jessica Cook, M.Ed

Jessica believes that by deepening our understanding of ourselves, we can unlock the tools we need to thrive. She understands the key to healing is through honesty with one’s self, and utilizes a collaborative and transparent approach to help clients reach a place of stability. She caters her approach to each client, and often pulls from psychodynamic, mindfulness and behavioral theories.


Jessica’s areas of focus include working with anxiety, depression, life transitions and grief. She is also passionate about working with children, adolescents and families. Jessica received her master’s in Counseling Psychology from Temple University. She also holds a bachelor’s in Psychology from Muhlenberg College.

Ryan Fiordimondo, M.A. LSW

Ryan seeks to promote acceptance, understanding, and love of oneself. He collaborates with clients to promote positive introspection, identify harmful patterns of thought and behavior, and establish healthy coping strategies. He utilizes a variety of evidence-based intervention strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as art therapy and mindfulness techniques.


Ryan holds a master's degree in Social Work and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Temple University. His areas of focus include anxiety and depression disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, and relationship conflict.

Faith Montgomery

Faith believes that wellness encompasses the mind, body and spirit. She is passionate about working with clients that are feeling stuck in hurtful cycles. Faith's goal as your therapist is to help strengthen your connection to who you are. Her clinical practice is informed by a holistic perspective including existential exploration, somatic and mindfulness techniques.


Faith holds both a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kutztown University. Faith specializes in the treatment of trauma, mood disorders and anxiety.

Elizabeth Pensack

Whether you are experiencing anxiety or depression from chronic pelvic or sexual pain, trauma, or other life stressors, Elizabeth strives to normalize your experience and provide evidence-based strategies to help you achieve your goals. She seeks to validate your experience with pain, and help you learn about the incredible mind-body connection throughout your healing journey. Elizabeth provides a safe space for the BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, disability and neurodivergent communities.


Elizabeth focuses on chronic pain management. She carries a bachelor's of Arts in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and a master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lock Haven University.

Stefanie Juten

Stefanie is empathetic, inclusive and caring. She believes that we can overcome life’s many challenges by understanding ourselves. If you are feeling lost, alone or distraught, she can help you get started on the path to feeling better.


Stefanie’s work focuses on trauma, mood disorders and substance use. She comes from a military family and is passionate about helping those within the military community. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M University and is pursuing a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lock Haven University.
